The website is not displaying correctly
If the website is not loading correctly or is exhibiting odd behaviour, please download the latest version of your favourite browser. It is important to use an up-to-date browser for not only security, but also to view modern web-sites as they are intended to be. The latest versions of: Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Internet Explorer are all recommended. To download the latest version of any of them, simply click on its name.
The videos/Multiple Choice Test isn’t displaying correctly?
If the videos on this website are failing to play, or are not playing correctly, please download the latest version of Flash, which can be found here. Each new version of Flash includes new features and functionality as well as improving performance and security.
I have forgotten my password, how can I reset it?
If you’ve Forgotten password? Click here to reset it. Simply enter the email address used to register your account and click “Reset”. You will be sent an email containing your password. Please check your “spam” or “junk” folder if you appear to have not received the email.
How do I change my account details?
To update your company’s registration details, log into your account. Then left-click on the button labelled “Update Company Details“, which is located in the top right-hand corner. A menu will appear, with various fields corresponding to the details which you can modify.
From here you can make any changes that you wish to by simply editing the information contained in text-boxes (which will display the current details by default). Finally, ensure that the checkbox situated next to: “I agree with the Terms and Conditions:” is ticked, then left-click to update your amended details.
